Consignment Policies

Interested in consigning with Do Overz? Here are some things that you need to know about how the process works.

  • Consignments are accepted by appointment only

  • Please provide your own muscles for the loading and unloading of your items

  • Items must be smoke free, pet free, clean and in good condition

  • All items must be approved before acceptance

  • Please email/bring in pictures of large items (furniture) for preapproval

  • A $10.00 cleaning fee may be assessed if items are not clean and ready for display

  • Items must be in working order. Please include battery or bulb. A $1.00 per battery or bulb fee may be deducted from consignor account for each bulb or battery provided by the store

  • Items will be priced at fair market value-please notify us of any pricing concerns you have at time of drop off

  • Consignors receive 50% of the selling price for items sold for less than $100.00. These items drop to 50% off selling price after 90 days and if not sold in 120 days expire and become property of Do Overz. You may pick up your unsold items BEFORE they expire. EXCEPTION : *See seasonal & holiday policy

  • Consignors receive 50% of the selling price for items that sell for $100 and greater. These items drop to 50% of selling price after 120 days and if not sold in 150 days will become property of Do Overz. You may pick up your items if not sold BEFORE they expire. EXCEPTION: * See seasonal & holiday policy

  • Do Overz reserves the right to reduce prices accordingly to move items in a timely manner

  • Seasonal policy: Seasonal items depicting fall leaves, snow or gardening for example are accepted in accordance to the season and will expire at season’s end. It is the consignor’s responsibility to follow up on the end of season dates

  • Holiday policy: Holiday items related to specific holidays are also accepted in accordance to the time of year. Holiday items drop to 50% off the week leading up to the holiday and 60% off the week following. These items expire after the 60% off week and need to be picked up at that time or become property of Do Overz

  • Do Overz will not notify consignors when their item/s sell. Account status may be checked on the Do Overz web site or call the store

  • Consignor money is available at the store after item/s have sold. Money may be used for store credit or a check will be issued upon request

Please note: While we take all of the items listed below and many more, the condition of the item and current inventory count in the store is a factor in whether or not we will be able to consign particular items for you at a given time. If you have a consignment appointment coming up and would like to know if some of your items will sell, please contact us via text or email with pictures.
